I can offer you guidance and support in case of stress, overstrain and burnout.
We will look at your current state and what you may need in order to feel better. We’ ll explore how you feel in your body and examine how you think about your situation. Where do you stand at the moment, what are you struggling with, and how can you best support yourself during this period? We will pay attention to the phase you are in, and I will support you appropriately to that specific phase. There is space for reflection, but also for creating a practical plan. With curiosity as our starting point, we will find out together what it is you really need. Free from judgment, full of openness.

I will adapt to what feels right for you at that moment. Together we will explore. I will listen to you, ask you questions and help you to reflect. I will guide you, so that you can discover what wants to be seen. Together we will make sure that you gain clear insight into what is needed now to start feeling better, or into the reasons why you are feeling so poorly. We can map out a path for your recovery or for changing your way of thinking or acting. I offer personalised guidance, attuned to your specific situation.

You have the desire to improve your well-being. To not be so tense, down or agitated. You want to sleep better and not be exhausted all the time. You long for a better balance, and to leave this awful period behind you. I would be happy to help you find your way.
I know from personal experience how intense and painful overexertion and burnout can be. Myself, I could sense I was about to burn out. Yet I was unable to prevent it. I simply could not do it on my own. I would love to support you in time so that you can prevent yours. Or, if you have already crossed your boundaries, to help you recover as comfortably as possible. My recovery process was lengthy, since I hit rock bottom. It took me a while to understand what was really going on and to get the appropriate support. I now have a deep understanding of burnout and recovery. So I do hope you have found me in time, so I can support you during the rest of your journey.
