When you’re able to feel your “yes” and “no”, you can make healthy choices. This benefits both you and all your relationships and friendships. When you’re aware of your boundaries and are able to communicate them clearly to others, they will also feel it’s easier to connect to you. No more guessing, but clarity instead. This type of vulnerable communication paves the road to deeper relationships, with more trust. Everyone wins!

Issues around knowing or communicating
During coaching sessions every single one of my clients at some point brings in issues around knowing, stating or staying with their boundaries. Either we’re not aware of where our boundaries lie or even of the fact we actually have them in particular areas of our life.

Together we will look into your beliefs, your thoughts and your behavioural patterns. All of these that remain unconscious lead us to feel confused or insecure. The better you are in touch with your own desires, sensitivities and (lack) of opinion, the more clear your relationship to your healthy boundaries will become.
